Explain the relevance of the following statement:
The Enemy's gate is down.
The relevance of this statement is that in order to win in the battle room you must put five helmets to the gate and walk through in order to win the battle. So, if the gate is down it must mean that the battle is not over because no one has walked through the gate to win the battle yet. Or it could also mean that the other team has won the battle because the other gate is not open. Another way to look at this statement is in a metaphorical way. This could mean that the way Ender orients himself can effect where the gate is. What is up is now down and what is down is now up. So this means that since they are in no gravity zone everything changes as well as the enemies gates. That is what this statement means to me.
